The Battery Charger C10325 is a trustworthy and high-quality charging solution, specifically designed for battery systems in electric vehicles. With the ability to charge up to 24S Lithium batteries at 25A and 1500W at AC90V~265V, it boasts a compact size of only 68mm. Innovative technologies have been incorporated to achieve up to 92% efficiency while maintaining an internal temperature below 100℃. Moreover, charging voltage and current calibration assure the accuracy of the charging process, ensuring the safety of the battery.

Charging Curve
for maximum battery safety , before charging, the charger detect battery voltage and confirm it matches your setting. if don't match, don't start to charge, if yes but the battery was discharged deeply, so the charger pre-charge it, then start to charge at CC or not. than charge at CV, then stop charging automatically according to your end current setting, you can charge battery to any SOC level, such as 90% or 95% by simply set the end voltage simply. if you set charge restart is YES, when battery voltage drop to 5% of end voltage, restart to charge automatically.

The charger is fit with BMS24T, or BMS24P that is Battery Management System, can monitor each cell voltage, battery voltage, charge and discharge current, battery temperature and each cell impedance on 8S to 24S battery pack.
AC plugs and DC connectors
AC plug and DC connectors can be customized, the below is optional, if you have not special requirements, we will ship you general AC cable with standard AC plug according to you ship-to address, and the default connector is XT90 male, the XT90 female connector is ship you together, so you can extend the DC cable to match your battery connector, the DC cable length should be less than 1 meter, and 12AWG at least.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q9. Why the voltage and current reading on LCD is not accurate?
A: voltage and current are calibrated before ship, otherwise the charger don't work, so please check the output wire connection, when distance between the SMPS and your device is a problem, please lengthen AC cable NOT lengthen DC cable (output cable). the 1 meter (10AWG) output cable length is suggested, over 1 meter, will affect voltage and current accuracy especially at 30A 1500W.
Q10. Why don't charge my battery?
A: if battery voltage reading on LCD under setting, or the battery is over discharged, or cell count setting wrong, or battery connection loosing, the charger don't charge. so check battery connection, first confirm voltage reading on LCD is near real battery voltage, if not the charger don't charge, if yes, please set charge parameters and then start to charge.
Q11. Can the charger communicate with other brand BMS?
A: yes, there is a control port on the charger, for details please contact us.
Q12. how to prevent any cell over charged during charging?
A1: Fit with BMS, BMS cut off charging by disconnecting charging circuit, such as disconnect DCC, relay, SSR. Battery switcher.
A2: fit with Chargery BMS, BMS control charging current till zero. Don't cut off charging repeatly, and save DCC, relay, SSR, any switcher.
Q13. Can the charger work alone without BMS?
A: yes, but the battery maybe over charged.
Q14. Can the charger monitor each cell voltage?
A: No, the charger monitor total battery voltage and charging current, cannot monitor each cell voltage, so wihtout BMS or other protection board, the battery is unsafe during charging.
Q15. Can the charger be controlled by external device?
A: yes, external device can control charging current even cut off charging. it is only for A version.
Q16. Is the charger compatible with Plug and Play functionality?
A:yes, if you set "Auto charge" to ON during charging and charge for more than 1 minute, the charger will remember the settings. The next time you connect the battery to the charger, it will automatically charge using the previous settings. This mode is called AUTO charge mode, which works like a normal or general charger.
Company Advantage
The charger and power supply with high power and high efficiency utilize ZVS/ZCS and Synchronous Rectification to achieve 94% high efficiency. The MCU controls the output voltage and current, allowing all charging parameters to be programmed.
The BMS has high accuracy and measures cell voltage, charge and discharge current, and battery temperature using 12-bit or 16-bit ADC.
Chargery BMS and Charger communicate with each other, eliminating the need for cutting off charging through Open DCC or relay. This feature saves charging time and extends battery life, without the need to install DCC or relay to cut off charging when any cell reaches its highest voltage.
