The SMPS is a PFC-programmed power supply that is capable of delivering an output of 25A at 5V-26V, and 600W at AC90V~265V, all within a compact size. The SMPS utilizes innovative technologies to achieve up to 91% efficiency, while maintaining a temperature below 90℃. Its design is compact at only 55mm and operates with low noise, thanks to a cooling fan that is controlled by temperature.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q9. Why the voltage and current reading on LCD is not accurate?
A: voltage and current are calibrated before ship, otherwise the SMPS don't work, so please check the output wire connection, when distance between the SMPS and your device is a problem, please lengthen AC cable NOT lengthen DC cable (output cable). the 1 meter (14AWG) output cable length is suggested, over 1 meter, will affect voltage and current accuracy at 25A.
